Many people set goals – then resist going after them.
Some people would classify this tendency as the fear of success, or the fear of failure.
What if it wasn’t either one of these fears?
When people give themselves a big, hairy, scary goal – they naturally begin to resist taking action toward it, and this resistance persists.
But when there’s a daily action goal that is easily repeatable, duplicatable, and sustainable, irresistible action is the norm, not the exception.

Note: The key to overcoming resistance is starting with goals that you cannot resist moving forward on; goals where there’s no mechanism at play to put off till tomorrow – what you’re better off doing today.
