“Everyday is a lifetime.” – Maxwell Maltz, Psycho-Cybernetics
“Live each day as though it’s your whole life.” – Sakai Yusai
We are now eight days into the New Year.
And by now you have a sense of whether you are gaining or losing momentum.
If you made a bunch of New Year’s Resolutions, something I never recommend doing, chances are they are already beginning to fade.
If you set a bunch of big, hairy, scary, long-term goals for the future, chances are you’re already feeling angst, frustration, worry, doubt and nervous tension.
You might think that resolutions and long-term goals are the keys to turning the tides in your favor, but there’s a reason I abandoned both of them a long time ago.
Why? Because they do NOT work for me. What’s more, they do NOT work for almost everyone.
There are plenty of reasons why resolutions and long-term goals don’t work – one of them is that they take the path of most resistance – which is unnatural.
When birds fly south in the winter, they don’t follow the highways. They fly straight to the target.
They don’t constantly flap their wings when they fly either. They don’t make flying harder than it needs to be. They get momentum – and then they glide.
Last year, using this same idea of “fly and glide,” I accomplished over 1,000 goals, many of which were goals that “made my day.”
But here’s the interesting thing. All those daily victories added up to some HUGE wins.
A new book and audio book published – Psycho-Cybernetics 365.
Another book written that will be published soon.
A couple new online fitness courses.
Passing martial arts tests that propelled me to a higher level of Guru status.
Feats of strength that I once thought of as “impossible.”
Breath-giving vacations in Alaska and Canada.
Greatly improved fitness, relationships, and much more.
Yet, in creating these results, my focus was not on the long-term, on the big, hairy and scary.
I follow a process I created that is called “Goal Getting.”
Not Goal Setting. Goal GETTING.
I created it so that I could flap my wings and glide to my goals, using the principle of “effortless effort” which is not the same as “hard, hard work.”
It’s far, far better!
And far, far easier on your body and your mind.
I’ll be teaching an updated and enhanced version of this system in the Goal Getting Masterclass I’m conducting this Sunday, January 11, at 12 Noon EST, over Zoom.
I held a similar class last year that sold out.
This year’s Goal Getting Masterclass will be far more detailed than last year’s Intensive.
It will include the biggest goal setting mistakes people make and how to quickly correct them.
If you’re still interested in reaching out and GETTING ALL YOUR GOALS in 2026, it’s probably a grand idea to get involved in this Masterclass to find out what I’m doing, so you can do it, too.
The fee for this Goal Getting Masterclass is currently only $197 – a major discount from the $1,997 that I would charge in person. And this early bird fee will go up $100 in 24 hours.

The Goal Getting Masterclass will run at least two hours – but chances are excellent it will run over three hours, as it did a year ago.
And the reason it may go longer is because I do my best to answer all your questions to make sure you get it.
You will take a ton of notes.
More importantly, you’ll have a natural system that will glide you to your goals.
As a result, every day you will wake up and go to bed feeling like the WINNER you were born to be.
And when 2026 comes to a close, you’ll need a telescope to see how far you’ve traveled.
Again, email me at goals@psycho-cybernetics.com to get the link to enroll.
