North of Flathead River
A powerful question you can ask yourself whenever you feel blocked or confused goes as follows:
What am I resisting?
Take a few moments to write out this question, then record the mental pictures that come to mind.
It may be one picture.
It may be a long list.
Either way, once you have isolated the obstruction, the thing that is dragging you down, you now have a choice. You can continue resisting and feeling blah, or you can change the picture to one of yourself doing what you’ve been putting off.
When you picture yourself doing instead of resisting, you will not only “do the thing,” you will remove the obstruction that is making you feel lousy about yourself.
