Hey Matt,
I just read the foreword by you in the book Psycho-Cybernetics. There you mentioned to relive the moment when you won something big in life and feel that feeling again, my question to you is what you should do if there is no moment in your life where you felt like a winner. Thank you in advance for your answer.

Divyansh, my friend,
Good question. So glad you asked even though this interpretation is a grand misinterpretation. You’re not alone on this one. A lot of people have the wrong idea that your winning moments need to be big.
The real question is “When do you start feeling like a winner?”
In your case, it is the moment you slap the inner whiner to activate your inner winner. It is the moment you real-eyes that any win will do. It’s not about big or small. It’s about “when” you will decide to see any win as a big win.
I suggest you look in the mirror and stare at your eyes. Smile at the inner “whiner” you see who is blocking you from seeing your inner winner. Then, with a light touch, playfully slap your face a few times to turn the lights on in your brain. If you’re still standing after these slaps, you just won your first big fight. Keep in mind that this inner whiner may request a rematch – and each time it does so I suggest you gladly oblige. I guarantee you’ll win this fight every time.
This exercise is no joke, and it may make you laugh! That ain’t a bad thing, is it? Laughing is winning.
