In football and hockey, a player who scores three goals in a single game just pulled off the “hat trick.”
In baseball, a player who strikes out three times in a game is the victim of the hat trick, and if he strikes out four times, fans say that he’s now wearing the “golden sombrero.”
When it comes to losing undesirable inches of flab, there’s a technique I call the “fat trick.” This trick will make sure you’re no longer the butt of other peoples’ jokes. You’ll be the one scoring goals. You’ll no longer be the victim.
Here’s how the “Phat Trick” works:
First, you take off all your clothes and stand before a full-length, and if possible, a full-width mirror. You then stare eyeball to eyeball with the behemoth in the mirror and embrace the reality of what you see.
Second, if you’re disgusted with what you see, pinch the excess between your fingers and stare it down as you say, out loud, “It’s time for you to go, phatty. You’ve been here long enough. I’m going to get rid of you once and for all. You can take a hike, phatty. I’m letting you go. Get off my body NOW. You don’t own me anymore. I own you. Now SCRAM.”
The first time you do this you will have the sense of coming to grips with yourself. You will notice that something shifted inside.
Do this each day for one week while picturing the body you ardently desire being unveiled. After one week you will notice that your eating and exercise habits have changed, and these changes are bringing results.
Continue onward, doing this each day for another 14 days and you’ll be awestruck. You’ll see and feel the flab you pinched taking off, leaving your body. You’ll be amazed at how such a simple exercise such as this is giving you unbelievable results.
You won’t have to count a single calorie. You’ll no longer be a phat victim.
