Seeing Yourself At Your BestQuick Update
Today's message comes from my oldest brother, Sean. He's been using the principles of Psycho-Cybernetics and Zero Resistance Living for some time now - and his life is a reflection of this. He is a top-tier salesman with his company, a great coach, loving father and, as you'll discover, a master story-teller.
Because Sean's life experience is rich - and because I simply cannot keep up with the demand for my own writing, I have asked him to come on board to contribute a daily inspirational message. Sean jumped at the opportunity and will be contributing from now on. Yes, I will participate from time to time ... but rest assured you are in "good hands" ... as you'll see with today's message.
Most people are familiar with Arthur Fonzarelli, aka, "The Fonz." It's been years since, "Happy Days" left network television, but if you have cable, or satellite, you can certainly find it today.
My 15 year old daughter was born after the series ended, but she is a big fan of "Happy Days". One day after watching an episode, I asked her why she liked, "The Fonz," so much.
"He's so confident," she said. "When he looks in the mirror, he likes what he sees. And he isn't putting on an act, it's who he is. He's kinda created his own world, his own image, and it's cool. He's not competing with anybody, just maybe himself."
Key point: It really doesn't matter how others see you, what is important is how YOU see yourself.
So whenever you see a mirror, stop, look, smile, give yourself a thumbs up, and say "Haaay!"
You'll be surprised how good patting yourself on the back can feel.
P.S. In Dr. Maxwell Maltz' advanced course, Zero Resistance Living , there are daily "mirror" exercises that will take you to all new levels of health, wealth and happiness. Be like "The Fonz." Be cool. Check it out for yourself at here.
